Delivery & Returns 

 

Orders:

Your order is taken in as soon as payment is confirmed. We accept payment via Ideal and most credit or debit cards. Please note any duties or taxes are your responsibility, MAUKE V JEWELRY  is not responsible for these costs.

 

The item will be made for you, so please allow one to six weeks for fabrication, depending on the piece ordered. 

If you are in a particular hurry to receive your jewelry for example for a special event please contact us using the form on our contact page and we will try our best to have it delivered sooner.

Items will be delivered using USP Special Delivery and will need a signature upon receipt.
We will send you a notification by email with the track & trace number once your order has been dispatched. Upon request and at an additional cost your items can be delivered by FedEx or, DHL, please email sales@maukev.com 

to let us know your wishes.

 

Delivery:
Free deliveries in the Netherlands and Belgium (1 to 2 working days)
Free deliveries in the rest of Europe (5 to 10 working days)
Free Deliveries in the rest of the world (5 to 14 working days)

Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.  After 2 hours of purchase, cancellations are not possible.

For cancellations please email sales@maukev.com we will refund your payment and cancel your order.  All cancellations must be in writing, cancellations by phone are not accepted.

Return and Exchanges:
If there is a problem with the jewelry please contact MAUKE V JEWELRY as soon as possible.
If the jewelry is found to be faulty upon delivery, you may reject them and claim for an exchange of the same item. We need to be notified of this within 2 days of the delivery date, we will issue a return authorization. 
Items must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days from receipt of your order. Only jewelry that has not been worn securely wrapped in the original MAUKE V JEWELRY packaging including our delivery slip, designer packaging such as authenticity cards, jewelry bag, and or designer box will be accepted. If these conditions are not met we will return the jewelry to you and you are not entitled for an exchange. If a fault is found or develops after this time please contact us at sales@maukev.com

Mon-Sat from 9:00 AM - 5.30 PM to discuss whether you are entitled to a repair or a replacement. For reasons of hygiene, we will only accept returns of earrings if the goods are faulty.

We want you to be thrilled with the jewelry you buy from MAUKE V JEWELRY. For whatever reason you are not satisfied with the jewelry you have purchased, we are happy to discuss an exchange for you with another item or a refund. We need to be notified of this within 7 days of the delivery date via sales@maukev.com or call us at

Mon-Sat from 9:00 AM - 5.30 PM. After we have received the goods and you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the full purchase price of the goods within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Sales tax and import duties are not refunded. PLEASE NOTE, we only refund MVJ rings. 

Please do note that MAUKE V JEWELRY products are handmade. There may be slight differences in color due to this nature, the buyer accepts this when the order is placed. It will not be a considered fault and therefore no credit will be issued.


Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return of specially commissioned, made-to-order, personalized, and sale items which are all final sales.

 

Repairs:

We guarantee our jewelry to our customers and will repair your jewelry if broken or damaged free of charge within one year of the purchase date. After one year from the date of purchase, we will charge a repair fee for the materials and labor needed to repair any of your jewelry brought in. The fee is contingent upon material availability and the nature of the repair. Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair older items. You must notify MAUKE V JEWELRY to request a repair authorization by emailing sales@maukev.com with a description of the problem.

 

Instructions for returns: 
Please return the jewelry unworn and in the condition in which it was received, securely wrapped in the original       

MAUKE V JEWELRY packaging including our delivery slip. Please make sure the return authorization number is included in your package. We are unable to refund packaging costs, this cost is to be paid by yourself. All jewelry must be shipped securely packaged and pre-paid. Pease note that the jewelry remains your responsibility in transit until it has been returned to us. We recommend you in case of return to use a registered delivery service. MAUKE V JEWELRY does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, mishandled or stolen.

Prices, Sizes and Jewelry care instructions:
All prices displayed are VAT inclusive. Due to the fluctuating prices of metal and stones, we reserve the right to change the prices with no notice period given. Measurements are as accurate as possible, but due to the handmade nature of the pieces, and the nature of some of the materials involved, small variations in size and color may appear. Please consult our jewelry care instructions which you will receive within your package for further information. We will not be liable for repair or replacement if a fault develops due to neglect of these recommended care instructions.
